Current Yoga Schedule is:

Tuesdays & Thursdays @5:15pm (all levels) Align & Flow
Both at One Heart Yoga Center 
Random sub opportunities will be posted on social media. 

Private & Semi-Private yoga sessions available. Inquire to customize your session- in your home,
your office, my office, or at your event  

Group Sound Healing sessions are offered every 6-8 weeks at One Heart Yoga.

Other Sound Healing events are posted as they are scheduled.
